JOB DESCRIPTION
- Elificit, gather and analyze business and system requirements from partners (Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Hongkong, Indonesia, India...) in the finance field.
- Visualize IT systems by UML (system architecture, use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram, function flow, data flow,...).
- Understand and analyze the requirements from the partner in business view and end-user view.
- Gap analysis or handle change requirements during development.
- Write Basic Design based on analyzed requirements.
- Work with the development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems.
- Participate in feature management (assign tasks, follow tasks in due, assure task result satisfactory) to make the project run smoothly.
- Collaborate in testing (functional and non-functional), verifying bugs/issues before handover to Client.

Requirements
- Graduated from University in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT BA in finance systems (banking, insurance, securities, blockchain, e-wallet, ...).
- Have good logical and flexible thinking.
- Supported or worked as project manager or leader of a development team or BA team is a huge advance.
- Proficient of all 4 skills English or worked with oversea clients is a huge advance.
