On February 7, 2026, the TDT Asia family came together for an emotional Year-End Party to mark the conclusion of 2025. More than just a year-end celebration, it was a moment for us to reflect on our shared journey and gear up for a new year filled with even greater goals and expectations.  2025 was a year of immense effort and transformation. At TDT Asia, we have always stayed true to a "Human-Driven" philosophy—placing people at the heart of everything we do. No matter how fast technology evolves, it is the creativity, responsibility, and team spirit of every member that has defined TDT Asia’s milestones and achievements over the past year. In tandem, TDT Asia embraces an "AI-Powered" approach, utilizing AI as a catalyst to boost efficiency, optimize processes, and deliver greater value to our clients. AI does not replace humans; rather, it empowers each of us to excel in our roles. The night of February 7 served as a milestone to look back at how far we’ve come and to recharge for the road ahead. On January 12, 2026, TDT Asia held its Strategic Meeting 2026, led directly by CEO Nguyen Tuan Anh, with the participation of nearly 50 core members from across departments. The meeting focused on reviewing the company’s 2025 performance, clarifying strategic priorities for 2026, and addressing existing operational challenges in a direct and practical manner. In parallel, the application of AI was discussed as a key strategic direction to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate the value of work. Through open and constructive discussions between the Leadership Team and departments, action-oriented directions for the next phase were clearly defined, grounded in alignment, realism, and strong execution focus. Strategic Meeting 2026 was not merely a meeting, but the starting point of a new action-driven phase—where TDT Asia moves forward with clear direction, a united team, and a strong readiness to change for sustainable growth.

Effective December 29, 2025, TDT Asia is pleased to welcome Mr. Ogata Motoki as Chief Product Officer (CPO). With over 25 years of experience in the Fintech industry, Mr. Ogata Motoki brings deep domain expertise, modern product thinking, and a strategic perspective shaped through multiple phases of financial technology evolution. On December 6th and 13th, the TDT Asia Annual Health Checkup 2025 was successfully conducted with the full and excited participation of our team members.From early morning, everyone proactively arranged their work, arrived on time, and completed all medical examinations in a well-organized, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to the close coordination between TDT Asia and Thu Cuc International General Clinic, the checkup process was smooth, clear, and efficient, helping our employees feel more confident and reassured about their health. More than just a routine medical checkup, this was also an opportunity for each individual to listen to their body, identify potential health concerns early, and adjust daily habits in both work and life when necessary. At TDT Asia, taking care of our people’s health is not a formal activity, but an integral part of our journey to build a sustainable, human-centered, and caring working environment. To celebrate TDT’s 8th birthday, the team recently embarked on an exciting 3-day-2-night Summer Trip 2025 to the stunning city of Ha Long.🏖️ This special occasion was the perfect opportunity for TDT-ers to celebrate a major milestone together - 8 years of unity, growth, and unforgettable moments.🎂 In just three short days, the team packed in a full schedule of fun and adventure. We kicked things off with a cultural visit to the iconic Quang Ninh Museum, exploring the rich history and heritage of the region. Then came the thrill - a journey into the world of excitement at Sun World Ha Long Complex, where everyone unleashed their inner child at the water park and took on heart-pounding rides and attractions. 💪To raise awareness of fire prevention, improve emergency response and evacuation skills in the workplace, this morning (June 26), TDT Asia's staff took part in a Fire Safety and Evacuation Training Program organized by PVI Tower Management in collaboration with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department – Hanoi Police.💪The training included two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Employees were guided on how to respond to fire and explosion incidents, use fire extinguishers, evacuate safely, and coordinate rescue efforts following standard safety procedures.💪This activity reflects TDT Asia's commitment to building a safe working environment, proactively mitigating risks, and fostering a strong sense of community responsibility.
